You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zybersuite from any claims, damages, or legal proceedings related to your use of our services.

3. Intellectual Property & Software License

All software, designs, code, and intellectual property related to Zybersuite products are owned by Zybersuite and protected by copyright and applicable laws.
Your purchase or subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software solely for your organization's authorized purposes.
